Overview
                     We aim to make booking and cancellation simple and fair. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.
                  
                  
                     1. Cancellation by Customer
                     
                        - Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service start time.
 
                        - Partial refund or cancellation charges may apply if you cancel less than 24 hours before the service. The exact amount will depend on the booking type and any costs already incurred.
 
                        - No refund for no-shows without prior cancellation notice.
 
                     
                  
                  
                     2. Cancellation by Jaiswal Driver Centre
                     If we must cancel a booking (for example, driver illness or vehicle issues), we will:
                     
                        - Notify you as soon as possible.
 
                        - Offer a full refund or an alternative booking at a mutually agreed time.
 
                     
                  
                  
                     3. Refund Process
                     
                        - Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days.
 
                        - Refunds will be returned to the original payment method wherever possible.
 
                        - If the original payment method is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative refund method after verifying your details.
 
                     
                  
                  
                     4. Rescheduling
                     
                        - Rescheduling requests should be made at least 12 hours before the booking start time.
 
                        - Rescheduling is subject to driver availability and may incur additional charges if service requirements change.
 
                     
                  
                  
                     5. Exceptional Circumstances
                     In case of extraordinary events (extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule or refund as appropriate. Decisions in such cases are made to ensure safety and fairness.
