Welcome to Jaiswal Driver Centre. By booking or using our driver services you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing a booking.

1. Service Scope

We provide trained drivers for personal and business needs within Kolkata and nearby areas. Services include hourly, daily, and long-distance driver assignments as agreed at booking.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to driver availability.
• Full payment or agreed deposit must be made at the time of booking as specified during checkout or as communicated by our team.
• Rates may vary based on distance, duration, vehicle type, and any special requirements.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate and complete booking information (pickup/drop locations, time, contact details).
• Customers must behave respectfully toward drivers. Abuse, threats, or criminal behaviour may lead to immediate termination of service without refund.
• Customers are responsible for securing their personal belongings. Report any lost items to us immediately.

4. Driver Responsibilities

• Drivers engaged through Jaiswal Driver Centre will follow safety and professional standards.
• Drivers will maintain valid licences and follow local traffic laws.
• We perform basic checks on drivers, but customers should report any concerns to us immediately.

5. Liability and Limitations

While we take care to provide reliable service, Jaiswal Driver Centre is not liable for:

• Delays or cancellations caused by traffic, weather, road closures, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
• Loss of or damage to personal property unless caused by proven negligence of our driver.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant booking.

6. Changes to Bookings

• Requests to change pickup time, location, or service duration should be made as soon as possible and are subject to driver availability.
• We will notify you if we cannot accommodate requested changes and will offer alternatives when possible.

7. Cancellation by Us

In rare cases we may need to cancel a booking (driver illness, vehicle issues, or other operational reasons). If we cancel, we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund or an alternative booking option.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these terms will be subject to the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
